The Trust exists to facilitate an ecosystem that supports children with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities in Botswana to achieve their full academic potential.
Vision
For everyone to get the opportunity to be educated regardless of their learning abilities.
Objectives
To establish, promote, and cater for children with Learning Difficulties or Disabilities and to supplement the already existing educational facilities and programmes.
About the Trust
Dr. Gaositwe Chiepe
Dr. Chiepe was instrumental in the formulation of the Botswana education system and is known to many as the woman who fought for free education in Botswana.
The Gaositwe Chiepe Trust was founded by Dr. Gaositwe Keagakwa Tibe Chipe with the object of benefiting any organisation that the Trust may, from time to time, choose that supports children with Learning Disabilities in Botswana.
